Customized Puzzle Purchase Process

1. Place the order and receive the order number.
2. Send the image to our designer’s email at hellofish.service@gmail.com with the die cut outline you want, including your name and order number(Example: die cut outline number _ your name _ order number)
3. Example Email Subject:3_Bill Wang_HF1500.
4. The printed size, including the edge shoule be 12.6 x 14.6 cm.
5. The image size should be between 1MB to 10MB.
6. Our designer will create a draft and send it back to you within 3 working days for your approval.
7. Once we receive your confirmation that the draft is OK, we will proceed with production.
8. The customized puzzle will be mailed out within 7 working days after your confirmation (shipping will occur within 7 working days after receiving the confirmation email)

Warnings and Important Notes

1. Customized puzzles typically require 1–7 working days to produce. If there are any delays or changes to the production timeline, they will depend on the specific circumstances. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. Please note that due to differences in individual monitors, there may be slight color variations. The final puzzle may show a 5–15% difference in color, which is normal. We kindly ask that you proceed with the order only if you're comfortable with this.
3. There might also be a slight alignment variation of 1–2mm between the printed puzzle and the designer's file. To avoid any issues, please keep important text away from the edges, as it may be cut off.
4. Common issues, such as broken pieces, missing pieces, or significant wear, are rare, but if they occur, we are happy to remake the puzzle. However, this does not apply to non-defective items or personal preference-related concerns. Customized puzzles cannot be returned or exchanged for non-defective reasons. We kindly ask that you thoroughly review the image and confirm the final draft before placing your order. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team at service@hellofish.com.tw within 15–25 days, and we will remake the puzzle for you.
5. As this is a custom-made product, it is not eligible for the 7-day return/refund policy or pay-on-delivery options.
6. If you are seeking absolute perfection, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing an order, as we cannot guarantee flawless items.
7. Due to copyright concerns, we are unable to produce customized puzzles from unauthorized images.
8. If your image file is smaller than 1MB or larger than 10MB, please provide a different image. We recommend selecting a high-resolution image, as pictures from social media may not always be suitable for printing.
